Every festival or event has its rules. We are no exception!
Keep in mind that ignoring the house rules will not be tolerated, and you will be removed from the event if the offenses are serious. We are constantly looking at the rules in an attempt to improve them, so don’t forget to check them once in a while.
Our priority is and always will be SAFETY, and we hope we can all attend the event in harmony and peace… ^_^
Our general rules:
- The rules can be updated without any prior notification.
- You are required to wear our visitor bracelet (which we will give you at the door) at all times. Do not take the bracelet off during the entire event, the bracelet grants you permission to enter and leave the venue.
- Guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the dealer room, concert hall our any other workshop room, although Dealers are allowed to eat or drink behind their stands and guests are allowed to drink during the event.
- Keep our base clean, with other means throw your trash into a trash bin.
- Follow the directions of our crew members or our volunteers.
- Our lovely visitors must be able to identify themselves with a legal way of identification to enter the event.
- Animals or pets are not allowed in the venue.
- Entrance will be denied at the venue door while under the influence of drugs or alcohol or when in possession illegal products. Our crew members and volunteers always have a final say in decisions estimating a visitor’s age
- Any alcohol, drugs or illegal products found will be confiscated and disposed off. (Drinks provided by our Venue or our event are exceptions)
- Smoking is prohibited inside our venue.
- Please behave properly and respectful to your fellow visitors and do not engage in physical contact with them without their permission, you may lose access to the event when we judge it with a high level of severity.
- Police will be notified when we see any form of theft and psychical abuse.
- We allow up to medium sized bags at the convention site.
- Bags or other belongings found without an owner will be brought to the info desk, where they can be picked up by their rightful owners. You will be asked questions about the bag to confirm it belongs to you. We might need to use the contents of the bag to confirm the identity of the owner.
- Your bag mustn’t hinder the other visitors in any way, there is no strict guideline in shape or size of the bags as long as the safety is in check.
- According to the Dutch law we all have to abide cosplay weapons mustn’t resemble genuine weapons in shape.
- Cosplay weapons have to be safe. Sharp edges and points are not allowed. According to this rule cosplay products or props mustn’t hinder other visitors in any way, we want to keep up the safety level as high as possible.
Except size and shape, there are no strict guidelines regarding the cosplay matter, although if need to be this will be judged by our crew members and volunteers on the spot.
